We offer both group mentor coaching programs and one-to-one mentor coaching options.

Our group and one-to-one options provide all the mentor coaching needed to demonstrate commitment to a reflective practice for accreditation or renewal of accreditation purposes
What to expect
You will receive the professional support and guidance needed to take your coaching to the next level. Through either a group mentor coaching program or a full one-to-one option, you will benefit from 10 hours of mentor coaching over a minimum period of three months.
- refine your coaching skills through engaging in case studies, practicing coaching, and receiving valuable feedback
- benefit from working closely with your mentor coach to review your coaching recordings, gaining valuable insights and personalized guidance
- participate in 4 group sessions (1 hour and 45 minutes each) and 3 one-to-one sessions (1 hour each) through one of our group mentor coaching programs
- enjoy full flexibility in organizing all your sessions through our one-to-one mentoring option
- demonstrate up to 10 hours of Coach Mentoring as Core Competency Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units towards International Coaching Federation credential application or renewal
- demonstrate commitment to ongoing reflective practice as a European Mentoring and Coaching Council credential applicant or holder

Some of our courses will allow you to earn a globally-recognized certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Some courses may also contribute to continued professional development credit or qualifications.
What’s the difference between an accredited and a non-accredited course?
Accredited courses meet specific quality standards set by a certifying body and can lead to a recognized qualification. Non-accredited courses continue to meet our rigorous quality standards, yet may lack formal recognition.
