It was a great experience taking my coach training from TPC India. The trainers and mentors truly are practice what they preach, I.e., empathy, offering non-judgmental space which allows learning in such a fun, safe and collaborative way. The trainers are so willing to go out of the way and offer support in whichever possible way they can.

I took my ACC and PCC coach training from TPC Leadership and my experience was enriching. The coaches and support staff are friendly and helpful. The coaches (Deep, Pooja, Hardy and Subbu) demonstrate exceptional facilitation and coaching skills. I really enjoyed the curriculum too, as it focuses on practical aspects of coaching. Once someone enrolls with TPC, they become a part of the growing family.

My certification journey with TPCL has been nothing short of exceptional. The entire experience felt deeply personalised and genuinely encouraging, motivating me to take the next steps with clarity and confidence. I have been truly impressed with TPCL’s methodology and approach. The classes are primarily conducted virtually, with the option to attend in-person sessions whenever available, for a nominal logistics fee. What I particularly appreciate is the ability to repeat modules at no additional cost—a policy that reflects their fairness and genuine support for learners. The course itself is comprehensive, including a minimum number of instructional hours, structured opportunities for coaching practice, and one-on-one mentoring sessions with experienced, certified coaches. The cohort you join becomes like a close-knit family, and even after the sessions conclude, the connections continue. The entire experience is seamlessly supported by TPCL’s highly capable staff, who manage all logistics and coordination with great efficiency. I have attended the Team Coaching Module from TPCLeadership. The emphasis is on fostering a conducive environment for growth and collaboration. The SPACE framework encourages open communication, trust, and psychological safety within teams, enabling them to navigate challenges effectively. Furthermore, the IDEAS model serves as a guide for team members to reflect on their experiences and outcomes. Through the integration of these frameworks, teams can enhance their cohesion, resilience, and performance, ultimately achieving their collective goals with clarity and purpose. I met some of the finest coaches from the industry who made the workshop a great experience of learning and sharing.

Deep and Pooja, the MCCs, trainers and mentors at the institute take personal interest in the learner's journey and demonstrate 100% commitment and dedication. They instill confidence in the learners that their capabilities bloom to the fullest.

The MCC journey helped me to realise what I need to work on and strengthen further. Deep's keen observation helped me to focus more on what the client is saying, to understand the meaning of what is said in the context of their desires without getting attached and to support client's self-expression more from the being space. Bringing in my strengths of presence, pause and reflection to help the client go back more clearly confident and equipped to take necessary actions with commitment.

Attending the PCC coach training with TPC Leadership was truly a transformational experience for me. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of theory and hands-on practice. I recently completed my PCC coach training with TPC Leadership, and it has been an incredible experience. The module added a bouquet of tools, knowledge and mindsets to my coach toolkit.
