Client Testimonials: My certification journey with TPCL has been nothing short of exceptional. The entire experience felt deeply personalised and genuinely encouraging, motivating me to take the next steps with clarity and confidence. The team’s approach was highly professional in their deliveries, yet wonderfully boundary-less when it came to offering guidance, support, and mentoring whenever I needed it. At no point did it feel like a transactional relationship—it was truly personal, impactful, and transformational. I am grateful for the diligence and care that made this learning journey so meaningful. I strongly recommend TPCL for any coaching l learning journeys that you intend to take.- Bharti Maru It was a great experience taking my coach training from TPC India. The trainers and mentors truly are practice what they preach, I.e., empathy, offering non-judgmental space which allows learning in such a fun, safe and collaborative way. The trainers are so willing to go out of the way and offer support in whichever possible way they can.- Anjali Jain I have been a part of TPCL for the past six months, initially enrolling in the ACC course and subsequently joining additional modules that will lead to PCC-level certification. I am now close to fulfilling the minimum requirements for the ACC level. I have been truly impressed with TPCL’s methodology and approach. The classes are primarily conducted virtually, with the option to attend in-person sessions whenever available, for a nominal logistics fee. What I particularly appreciate is the ability to repeat modules at no additional cost—a policy that reflects their fairness and genuine support for learners. The course itself is comprehensive, including a minimum number of instructional hours, structured opportunities for coaching practice, and one-on-one mentoring sessions with experienced, certified coaches. The cohort you join becomes like a close-knit family, and even after the sessions conclude, the connections continue. The entire experience is seamlessly supported by TPCL’s highly capable staff, who manage all logistics and coordination with great efficiency. I would like to express my special gratitude to Pooja Dawra, MCC-level coach and Managing Partner of TPCL India, for her direct involvement in our learning journey, her consistent support throughout the course, and her continuous encouragement.-Dr. Rajeev Ranjan Register your interest:

INDIA - Mentor Coaching Programme – March 2026

Why Is Mentor Coaching Important? Mentor coaching is a targeted development process designed to sharpen a coach’s skills in alignment with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) core competencies. Defined by the ICF as a “dialogue of coaching and feedback in a collaborative and appreciative manner based on observed or recorded coaching sessions to increase the coach’s capability,” mentor coaching equips you with deeper self-awareness and practical competence to excel in your coaching practice. Typically required for ICF credential applications, mentor coaching involves 10 hours over at least three months, with a blend of group and one-on-one sessions. This mix of learning formats ensures not only feedback richness but also sustained skill growth. Who is Mentor Coaching For? Mentor coaching is tailored specifically for: Coaches who are pursuing an ICF credential, such as ACC, PCC, or MCC. Those serious about enhancing their coaching presence and technique through feedback grounded in actual coaching sessions. Professionals looking for targeted, competency-based improvement aligned with ICF standards. Whether you come through an accredited training program or are navigating the credential journey independently, mentor coaching serves as a pivotal step—either included in your program or arranged separately to meet ICF requirements. What Is the Difference Between Mentor Coaching and Group Supervision? Mentor Coaching: Focused on building coaching skills directly associated with ICF competencies. Combines both individual feedback (review of recorded or observed sessions) and group sessions (peer feedback and discussion). Intentionally structured to meet credentialing requirements and refine technique. Coaching Supervision: Oriented toward reflection and holistic development, rather than strict competency feedback. Offers a supportive environment to explore personal coaching challenges, dilemmas, and professional growth. Less about compliance and more about self-awareness and resilience as a coach. In essence: Mentor Coaching builds your coaching capability in alignment with professional standards; Supervision nurtures your reflective capacity and coach identity in practice.
