Transformational Team Coaching is our advanced programme for accredited coaches seeking to deepen their practice and achieve the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC). Delivered within an ICF AATC-accredited pathway, the programme is designed around the ICF Team Coaching Competencies – enabling you to coach the team as a single entity, navigate complex dynamics, and facilitate meaningful, sustained change in how teams perform and learn together.

Throughout the programme, you will:

• Strengthen your ethical foundation and contracting skills.

• Deepen your systemic awareness of team and organisational dynamics.

• Practise coaching the “team as system,” working with what is emerging in the moment.

• Integrate reflection, feedback, and supervision to enhance presence and effectiveness.

• Learn to balance multiple team development modalities (coaching, facilitation, consulting, training) while maintaining clear boundaries in line with ICF guidance.

Blending live online learning, in-person intensive training, and reflective supervision, the programme offers both skill development and personal transformation—helping you bring greater clarity, depth, and impact to your team coaching practice.
