Coaching through Ambiguity and Complexity – Part of the February 2026 Coach Practitioner programme
This module provides practical strategies and frameworks for coaching in today’s dynamic world. Learn how to facilitate effective conversations and support clients through periods of change, complexity and uncertainty. Suitable for those that have completed modules 1 to 3.
Participants will develop the capacity to coach leaders operating in this ambiguous landscape, engaging in systematic conversations. By the module’s conclusion, participants will have grasped and applied key models and frameworks to coaching conversations within the context of change, covered ethics and had a final assessment. They will also explore their own reactions to uncertainty and develop the ability to work alongside coachees as they navigate the experience of ambiguity.
