Looking to improve your leadership skills? Our short programme introduces you to the fundamentals of effective coaching, giving you practical tools and techniques, and the confidence to make a difference to your team. Add coaching as a powerful discipline to help you drive your team forwards.
- Become a brilliant communicator: Master active listening, ask insightful questions, and give constructive feedback that motivates your team.
- Spot and nurture potential: Recognise the strengths in your team and create a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
- Build rock-solid relationships: Develop empathy, build trust, and foster genuine connections with your team.
- Become a master problem-solver: Guide your team to find their own solutions, encouraging innovation and independent thinking.
- Boost team performance: Set clear goals, inspire your team to achieve their best, and keep them on track for success.
In this 3 day programme we teach you the practical techniques and theoretical models of effective coaching and challenge you to examine your personal leadership approach. This leads to the discovery of practical ways to integrate coaching into your daily responsibilities as a way of increasing the performance and engagement of your teams.
