Creating Insights – Part of the February 2026 Coach Practitioner programme
Building upon the foundational knowledge, this engaging 2-day module focuses on cultivating self-awareness as a coach and delves into the concept of emotional intelligence.
Participants will explore methods to align their inner and outer worlds, employing models for personal and behavioural change. By completion, participants will have examined their coaching vision and identity, gained insights into their
signature strengths, coaching emotions, using value and belief systems, and acquired the skills to self-evaluate performance and facilitate clients’ development of emotional intelligence.
