Applied Positive Psychology in Coaching – Part of the February 2026 Coach Practitioner programme
This module introduces participants to a range of tools, concepts, and approaches derived from positive psychology. By leveraging their own strengths and those of their coachees, participants will employ an appreciative enquiry-based approach to foster deeper awareness and personal change.
The module also explores transpersonal coaching, guiding leaders to connect with their sense of meaning and purpose. While Module 1 focuses on behaviours and strategies and Module 2 delves into emotions, beliefs, and values, Module 3 delves into personal qualities, strengths, and motivational forces. Participants will develop approaches to help clients cultivate centeredness, resilience, and a strengths-based focus.
