The Transformational Leadership Coaching Program was a complete developmental experience, as it consolidated my knowledge and skill, but also helped me discover and bring forth my own identity as a coach. It also gave me the chance to become part of a wonderfully supportive, insightful, and diverse learning community consisting of my fellow participants and of our trainers.

This programme is much more than a training course. It is a journey of learning about yourself and building coaching expertise. What I particularly appreciated was the mix of theory and practice, the alchemy between the different participants and trainers, the diversity and level of expertise of the trainers and mentors. As well as the expertise that we developed throughout the different modules. A human, professional and self-knowledge adventure to become the professional coach you want to be.

The TPC Leadership coaching journey was well designed to stay in a continuous equilibrium from challenging yourself and learning by doing.

I loved the whole experience. The facilitators inside this programme did a great job of creating a safe space for learning and, if you're like me and want to become better at assisting others' development and growth, you'll love this journey. I'm grateful I had the chance to learn from such amazing coaches.

I still remember the first time I met Deep Ahuja: she drew a diamond, and told me this is your life now; where do you want to go with this diamond? Everything is possible, show me where you want to go, and we will get you there... I smiled thinking she is going to get me there... only to later realize that Deep, Pooja and TPC, enabled me to get there... right from the beginning as a "new client" who wanted to learn, till I attained by ICF PCC with unparalleled support, from understanding and experiencing the learning modules to practicing coaching conversations.

I would recommend this path for the quality of the teachers and the supporting material. The training is very comprehensive and engaging. The training made the difference because it allowed me to undergo a deep learning journey about myself and coaching. The TPC Leadership Transformational Leadership Coaching programme is a great programme for individuals looking to specialise in business or leadership coaching. It is ICF accredited and well structured with modules that cover a range of relevant topics that leaders and teams experience in the workplace. The faculty is knowledgeable, supportive, and skillful in helping participants gain insights and learning as a coach. They also share a variety of tools that are practical and useful for new coaches. Overall, a great and highly recommended programme for coaches who desire to build strong foundations in business or leadership coaching.

I have attended the Team Coaching Module from TPCLeadership. The emphasis is on fostering a conducive environment for growth and collaboration. The SPACE framework encourages open communication, trust, and psychological safety within teams, enabling them to navigate challenges effectively. Furthermore, the IDEAS model serves as a guide for team members to reflect on their experiences and outcomes. Through the integration of these frameworks, teams can enhance their cohesion, resilience, and performance, ultimately achieving their collective goals with clarity and purpose. I met some of the finest coaches from the industry who made the workshop a great experience of learning and sharing.

Deep and Pooja, the MCCs, trainers and mentors at the institute take personal interest in the learner's journey and demonstrate 100% commitment and dedication. They instill confidence in the learners that their capabilities bloom to the fullest.

The programme has been incredibly useful, not only to become a transformational coach, but for anyone who is interested in valuable interactions with people. A lot of topics, tools and models were discussed as part of the theory. This combined with the immediate start of coaching practices makes the programme incredibly valuable and males you immediately a very confident coach. The feedback from my 'test" coachees was also very positive. A great programme that I would recommend to anyone.

TPC's TLC path represents an important piece of my life. It provided me with a valuable map to better understand myself and, consequently, others too. I managed to make peace with some parts of myself, finding the pleasure of recognizing and welcoming them. I was able to experience the power of active listening and authentic presence, cultivated through the difficult practice of reducing one's ego and continually verifying one's interpretations of what emerges in the coachee, trusting in his or her potential. TLC has allowed me to achieve my professional and personal goals with greater serenity. I recommend TLC to anyone who wants to answer questions that they wouldn't have the courage to ask themselves, opening themselves up to new perspectives and awareness.

I highly recommend this path to anyone who wishes to embark on a journey of personal and professional growth. It is an experience that allows you to question yourself, not only as a leader of an organization, but above all as an individual. The program is excellently structured and the teachers demonstrate preparation of the highest level. Furthermore, the environment created is unique: surrounded by people looking for a new meaning in their lives, you will find yourself immersed in a stimulating and inspirational context.

The course is well focused and very practical, offering participants the opportunity to have a good overview of coaching and an introduction to Team Coaching. The program also offers several hours of practice and constructive feedback. The course is especially useful for managers and leaders who want to develop their coaching skills or for new professionals who want to create the foundations to become certified coaches.

The MCC journey helped me to realise what I need to work on and strengthen further. Deep's keen observation helped me to focus more on what the client is saying, to understand the meaning of what is said in the context of their desires without getting attached and to support client's self-expression more from the being space. Bringing in my strengths of presence, pause and reflection to help the client go back more clearly confident and equipped to take necessary actions with commitment.

Attending the PCC coach training with TPC Leadership was truly a transformational experience for me. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of theory and hands-on practice. The facilitators of the TPC Leadership program were fantastic, very supportive, engaging, and created a wonderful learning experience. I recently completed my PCC coach training with TPC Leadership, and it has been an incredible experience. The module added a bouquet of tools, knowledge and mindsets to my coach toolkit. The program's comprehensive curriculum provides a deep understanding of holding the space and offers ample time for self-awareness and self-reflection to deepen one's effectiveness as a coach. I approached TPC because this school was recommended to me by a friend for whom I have a lot of respect and who, in turn, had studied with them. The world of Coaching is complex and it is often not easy to navigate between evolving nomenclatures and the various steps required by ICF. From the first contact with TPC, I received clear and precise answers. The course is excellently structured: the material is delivered on time, and the teachers, in addition to being highly competent, are extremely helpful. The TLC Program is a 360-degree training course that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to grow both personally and professionally. Participating in this program means embarking on a journey of discovery and transformation: not only do you learn the basics and main techniques of coaching, but you also have the opportunity to refine your skills, reflect on yourself and constantly test yourself. It is an experience that pushes you to challenge yourself, to leave your comfort zone and to improve yourself, both as a person and as a professional. More than just a learning program, it was like climbing a mountain: challenging, yet enlightening, with an incredible view that changes your perspective once you reach the top. I recommend the TLC Program not only to those who aspire to become coaches, but to all those professionals who wish to enrich their profile with new methodologies and an innovative approach to the world of work.

The two sessions on Team Coaching by Deep Ahuja Sharma was well designed. Deep’s facilitation was exemplary as she drew out the best from all participants. I walked away with many models and frameworks that would make me add great value to our Clients! Quite an enriching two day learning experience!

I participated in the TLC program in the winter of 2023-2024. I recommend this path for several reasons: - people first of all. The training is held by professionals who love what they do, very different but very competent, and who guide the learning by combining more theoretical phases with many experiential moments; - the participants - the variety of profiles selected, the professional stage of each one, the personal objectives that led to participation; all this made the discussions very enriching and not just aimed at coaching; - the structure of the course - the online and presence mix allowed me to easily manage the logistical-organizational aspects; the course hours allow you to cover those required for the first two levels of ICF certification.
